EASY TO USE - Preheat the burger press over medium-low heat, set it aside for a few minutes while grilling, and then place it directly on the cuts of meat. For safety, its cool-to-the-touch wooden handle protects your hands from burns. QUICK AND EVEN COOKING - High heat conductivity allows for even searing on both sides faster than using a burger pan and spatula. The perfect weight for burgers also reduces grease splatter and prevents thin-cut burgers from curling up. HIGH-QUALITY CAST IRON - Our burger press is carefully cared for and seasoned for long-term use. To keep it non-stick, simply wash it with water and season it with cooking oil. It also has a food-grade enamel coating to prevent the meat from absorbing excess iron.
