NOTE: Not made or sold by Kitchenaid 6 Pasta Shapes: The Pasta maker attachment for KitchenAid has 6 pasta outlet shapes, including Spaghetti, Bucatini, Tri-noodles (Originally made from fusilli, but cannot be made due to the manufacturing process, The shape of the dough resembles a Tri-sided shape), Rigatoni, Small Pasta, and Large Pasta. Pasta length controllable: Built-in wire cutter for complete control over the length of your pasta. Easy to Clean: This pasta maker is removable, making cleaning easy. It is equipped with a cleaning brush that allows you to remove dough stuck to the surface of the Outlet Port. NOTE: Keep the Power Center DRY A few tips for the dough: 1. Don't put in a big piece of dough at once, you can knead a few small balls of about 3 cm or 1.2 inches in diameter and put them in one by one. 2. You can use a recipe that uses 7 oz semolina flour and 7 oz regular flour and that seems to make all the difference. Note: Due to the light and screen setting difference, the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures. Please allow slight dimension difference due to different manual measurement.
