Take out bubbles while cooking.\nPour the hot jelly into base mound and let it set firmly.\nLeave a little bit of hot jelly for Step 4 and keep it in a bain-marie.\nIf you want Dark transparent base, using the black chocolate powder.\nIf you want Green transparent base, using Pandan juice\nIf you want White transparent base, using Coconut juice\nSTEP 2: Making colored jelly for flowers / leaves\nWhat you need: 300ml water, 80gr sugar, 5g jelly powder, 200ml milk, food color.\nMix jelly powder and sugar.\nPour it into the water, stir well.\nCook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely. Take out bubbles while cooking.\nAdd heated milk continue cooking until the liquid boils.\nPour the hot jelly into different cups and add food colors.\nKeep the colored jelly in the bain-marie before putting it in syringes or bottles with special needles. You can buy different special needles from my store.\nSTEP 3: Making flowers / leaves\nWhat you need: Jelly scoop, syringes or Luer Lock Tip bottles with special needles.\nLet your dexterity and creativity blooms !!!\nSTEP 4: Finishing the base\nAdd the remain hot jelly made in Step 1 into the mould.\nLeave everything set firmly.\nTurn the mould upside down.
