Then remove the band saw wheel.2, removed, completely remove or cur the tire and any residue left behind.3, Slide part of the tire onto the wheel rim, then a short rod or pipe between the tire and wheel. Roll the pipe around the rim to equalize the tire's elasticity.4, Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply it to the tire and wheel surface.Roll and repeat all the way around the rim.
