How to replace a band saw blade? 1, Unplug the band saw, loosen the tension on the saw blade, and remove the blade. Then remove the band saw wheel. 2, Once the wheel is removed, remove or cut away the old tire and any remaining debris. 3, Slide a portion of the tire onto the wheel rim, then slide a short rod or tube between the tire and the wheel. Roll the tube around the rim once to even out the elasticity of the tire. 4, Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply to the tire and wheel surface. Roll and repeat all the way around the rim. Allow the glue to dry for 24 hours before using the saw again. 8 inch Diameter: for 8 inch (205 mm) band saw wheels Suitable for , , HBS20 band saws using 1400 mm and 1425 mm band saw blades.
