This 6S active equalizer balancer board is designed for efficient energy equalization in lithium battery packs, including LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate), LTO (Lithium Titanate), and ternary lithium chemistries. It operates on a working voltage range of 1.8V to 4.5V per cell. Utilizing a capacitor-based charge transfer principle, the board connects directly to your battery to perform balancing. It features brand-new ultra-low internal resistance MOSFETs and a 2-ounce copper thickness PCB for robust performance and minimal energy loss. The dynamic balance current ranges from 0A up to 5.5A, automatically adjusting based on the voltage difference—the more balanced the battery, the smaller the current. Key features include high equalization voltage accuracy within 5mV and a low standby current of less than 0.1mA in sleep mode. The board also incorporates under-voltage protection, automatically entering a sleep state when voltage drops below 3.0V to conserve energy. The typical quiescent current is approximately 12mA. For optimal performance, it is recommended for use with battery packs having a capacity between 30AH and 300AH.
