1. After the CDI is powered on, the digital display shows the ignition curve selected before the last shutdown. 2. Pressing the button cycles through ignition curves 0–9. Curve 0 disables ignition and limits engine speed to 6000 RPM. Curves 1–9 provide adjustable ignition timing for performance tuning. Curve 1 corresponds to the stock ignition timing; curves 1–9 support unrestricted engine speeds. After installation, select the optimal curve for your motorcycle engine. 3. The selected ignition curve is saved in memory and remains displayed after power-off. 4. Ignition curve 1 provides a relatively conservative ignition timing angle; curve 9 provides an advanced ignition timing angle. Each step between curves adjusts the timing by approximately 1–2 degrees. 5. Select the appropriate ignition curve based on riding conditions, terrain, and performance requirements.
