What's included and how it works Volcano hotend upgrade: designed for throughput and efficient melt flow, supporting higher layer speeds on compatible printers. Dual heat breaks : one heat break is preinstalled in stainless steel; the second heat break is made from TC4 titanium alloy. Both heat breaks have an inner hole diameter of 4.1 mm. PTFE guidance tube integration: the PTFE guiding tube must extend deeply into the heatbreak. This configuration requires keeping printing temperatures below 260 C to maintain reliability and longevity. Aluminum construction with precision machining: heatsink and heater block are aluminum, and the brass nozzle is machined with a precise central hole to ensure consistent extrusion and alignment.
