Drain the strainer and air dry; do not put in the dishwasher. Elegant design for monitoring and ease of use: Reusable whey separator features a transparent container and a dustproof cover to keep dust and odours out. The transparent lid lets you observe yogurt filtration at a glance. The lid includes a silicone sealing hole that can be opened to facilitate use. Generous size and capacity: Dimensions are 17.6 x 10.8 x 9 cm with a capacity of 1100 ml, providing ample space for a large amount of yogurt. Pour yogurt into the filter and refrigerate for 48 hours to separate. Versatile applications: Suitable for making yogurt, cheese and sauces, and also for sieving nut milks, juices and yogurt. Can be used as a tea filter and to remove excess liquid from smoothies. After removing the filter, it can be used as a fruit storage box.
