Size and finish: The sheet is precisioncut to standard sizes: 100x150 mm, 100x200 mm, 100x300 mm, 150x150 mm, 150x200 mm, 200x200 mm, with a thickness of 1.2 mm. It has a fine, smooth surface and is easy to work with. Ideal aluminum plates for fabrication. Material quality: 6061 aluminum with weldability, oxidation resistance and toughness. Not easy to deform after processing. Durable and reliable. Protective film: Each aluminum plate comes with a protective film to prevent scratches, abrasions and oxidation during transportation and fabrication. Can be polished, brushed finishing, or used directly. Performance: This is a heat treatable aluminum plate. The surface and interior are smooth and seamless, and can be processed by welding, stamping and cutting. Applications: Ideal for prototyping and fabrication of brackets, housings and frames; DIY electronic enclosures and machine fixtures; hobby CNC machining, laser cutting, stamping or welding projects.
