After switching the speed state, the setting remains active until manually changed by the user, and persists after power cycling. Scooter speed state switching: 1. Two speed states are available: (1) Low speed state — maximum speed: 20 km/h (default factory setting). (2) High speed state — maximum speed: 38 km/h. Methods for switching speed states: Method 1: With the device powered on, press the brake pedal N times, then the accelerator pedal N times. The default value of N is 3 at factory settings. Users can adjust N via the Wi-Fi configuration page; adjustable range: 3–15. Method 2: Connect the speed controller’s Wi-Fi network using a mobile device, open the Wi-Fi configuration page, and switch the speed state. Speed state switching process: (1) Press the brake pedal N times, then the accelerator pedal N times. The instrument emits one audible alert to confirm the state change. (2) In high-speed mode, the display shows “38”. In low-speed mode, it shows “20”. (3) After successful switching, the instrument emits one audible alert. Wi-Fi name and password: 1. Wi-Fi network name: SpeedRe + last four digits of the serial number. 2. Default Wi-Fi password: 99999999. 3. Wi-Fi password resets to 99999999 when the scooter or controller is replaced, or when the controller serial number changes, followed by a scooter restart. Normal scooter operation: 1. Users can view scooter data—including serial number and battery level—via the official app. 2. Firmware updates or system flashing via the official app are not supported for the Pro speed controller. 3. The official app supports configuration of scooter parameters such as lock/unlock, regenerative braking, tail light mode, and unit selection (metric/imperial). 4. The instrument panel displays speed, gear position, battery level, headlight status, unit selection (metric/imperial), and Bluetooth connection status. 5. Standard functions—including power on/off, light control, and gear indicator adjustment—are fully operational.
