1. When an external PWM signal is input, the amplitude is 5V, and the recommended PWM frequency is 1 kHz–10 kHz. 2. For analog input, use the onboard 5V and GND to connect an external potentiometer (10 kΩ–100 kΩ) for speed adjustment, or apply an external 0–5V analog signal—ensure it shares a common ground with the board’s GND. 3. For forward/reverse rotation control, the motor must come to a complete stop before changing direction. Changing direction while the motor is rotating may damage the circuit board. After removing the shorting jumper, an external switch can be connected to control direction. 4. The motherboard provides a 5V power supply (via onboard 5V and GND). An external 5V source may be used, with current not exceeding 10 mA. 5. A speed pulse signal is output at 5V amplitude; each pulse corresponds to one motor revolution. Precautions: 1. The main board power circuit does not include a fuse. Users are advised to add external over-current protection. Reversing the power supply polarity will cause permanent damage to ICs on the board. 2. Over-current protection is implemented at the motor output during normal operation. Due to the high power and current capacity of this module, do not intentionally short-circuit the output terminals when the module is malfunctioning. Short-circuiting may result in component failure or burnout. Always begin testing with low voltage and low current, then proceed to higher levels only after verifying proper operation. As this is a bare PCB module, ensure all wiring connections are properly insulated. Avoid contact between high-voltage wiring and board components. 3. When the drive module operates above 100W or in ambient temperatures exceeding 30°C, ensure adequate heat dissipation and verify thermal performance under load.
