Prepare the floor surface by cleaning any loose debris. Before first use, remove the transparent nonadhesive protective film covering the 30th layer. 2. Position the mat on the floor or on a backing board. Fix one side of the mat to the floor or board, then smooth the mat from the fixed edge to the opposite side so it adheres evenly and without bubbles. 3. When the surface layer becomes dirty, tear off that layer and discard it to expose the next clean layer. Repeat as needed.
