Heat water to about 8090 C and soak the mouthguard for about 15 seconds. 2. Wet your mouth with water before inserting the mouthguard. 3. Place the mouthguard in your mouth and bite down gently for about 30 seconds while pressing the material against your teeth and gums to set the shape. 4. Remove and place in cold water to harden and finalize the fit. 5. If needed, trim the length for comfort with scissors.
