Thread the screw through the device and insert it into the metal cap, 3. Tighten the screw. It's more convenient and faster than traditional plastic anchors. These self-drilling anchors are made of high-strength alloy steel and are yellow zinc-plated for maximum durability. When you tighten the screw, the fins of the ribbed anchor extend on two opposite sides, improving gripping power. They offer continuous bending capabilities, toughness, and impact resistance.
