Waste Oil Burner for Cooking and Heating Efficient Combustion Furnace This waste oil burner is a redesigned combustion tool featuring a high-pressure electric blower that enables complete burning of used motor oil. Testing shows that it can boil 1 kg of water in approximately 3 minutes after ignition. It allows effective reuse of waste engine oil for heating, cooking, and similar applications. Constructed from galvanized steel, the unit may show red discoloration during high-temperature operation, which is normal and does not affect performance. The blower operates on 512V input voltage. Usage Instructions: 1. Provide your own waste oil container and install a valve at the outlet. 2. Open the valve to allow oil to flow into the combustion chamber to a depth of 1 cm, then close the valve. 3. Ignite flammable paper or starter material and place it inside the furnace to initiate combustion. 4. Turn on the blower and allow the oil to ignite gradually. Adjust air intake based on flame intensity. 5. Once combustion is stable, open the oil inlet valve to maintain continuous burning. Flame output will increase as internal temperature rises. Designed for efficient, controlled combustion with improved airflow management.
