These magnesium anode rods adsorb harmful substances in the water, protecting the water heater tank from corrosion and extending its lifespan. Extending the water heater's lifespan by adsorbing harmful substances in the water. If the anode rod is depleted and completely corroded, the water heater will begin to rust, then crack, malfunction, and leak. These magnesium anode rods are 4.5 inches/115 mm long, 0.5 inches/13 mm in diameter, and have 1/2-inch threads, suitable for Atwood water heaters. How to Use: Suitable for Atwood water heaters.
