Set a dry iron to medium heat: about 302 F to 360 F or 150 C to 180 C. 4. Press the iron over the label without sliding for 15 seconds. 5. Repeat the pressing step three times, focusing on the corners, and allow the label to cool between presses. 6. Wait 24 hours before washing the labeled item. Label removal 1. Set the iron to medium temperature. 2. Press firmly on the label for 10 seconds. 3. Remove the iron, lift a corner with tweezers, and peel the label away from the fabric.
