To ensure full functionality, select the 3-Piece Set when purchasing a complete controller system. Selecting only the LCD Switch & Remote does not include the motherboard. Selecting only the Motherboard does not include the controller or remote. Remote Control Pairing Instructions: 1. Press and hold the UP button for more than 3 seconds while the heater is powered off. 2. Wait until “HFR-” appears on the display. 3. Press the UP button again to initiate pairing. 4. The heater will power on once pairing is successful. If pairing fails, the heater will not start. 5. Pairing mode exits automatically after timeout. Parameter Setting Procedure (press SET button to enter settings): 1. Time Setting: Use UP/DOWN buttons to adjust hour (24-hour format), minute, etc. Press ENTER to confirm and proceed. 2. Timer Power-On: Default = OFF (“1oF”). Press UP to enable (“1oN”), then ENTER to set hour/minute. Countdown timer supports up to 99h 59m. 3. Timer Power-Off: Default = OFF (“2oF”). Press UP to enable (“2oN”), then ENTER to set hour/minute. Countdown timer supports up to 99h 59m. 4. Administrator Password Entry: Use UP/DOWN to select digits (0–9). Press ENTER after each digit. After entering all 4 digits correctly, press ENTER to proceed. Incorrect entry returns to first digit. Press SET repeatedly or wait 10 seconds to exit. 5. Fuel Pump Volume Adjustment: Use UP/DOWN to set minimum fuel volume → press ENTER → set maximum fuel volume → press ENTER to continue. 6. Fan Speed Adjustment: Use UP/DOWN to set minimum fan speed → press ENTER → set maximum fan speed → press ENTER to continue. 7. Operating Voltage Selection: Must be configured while heater is off. Use UP/DOWN to select voltage: “U-12” for 12V systems, “U-24” for 24V systems. Verify compatibility of fuel pump, motor, and glow plug before startup. 8. Speed Signal Selection: Display shows “5N-1” (default). Use UP/DOWN to choose: - “5N-1”: For single magnet or dual magnets with opposite polarity - “5N-2”: For dual magnets with same polarity Incorrect selection may double displayed RPM. 9. Glow Plug Power Selection: Display shows “PF-5” (default). Use UP/DOWN to select wattage: - 1 = 35W, 2 = 40W, 3 = 45W, 4 = 80W, 5 = 85W, 6 = 90W Default setting (5 = 85W) is recommended.
