6S LTO Battery Active ncer with TFT Voltage Display and 5A Energy Transfer Equalizer for Lithium Titanate Cells

Active balancing technology ensures optimal battery performance by transferring charge between cells. The control board connects directly to the battery pack to initiate equalization automatically. Built with ultra-low internal resistance MOSFETs and a 2oz copper thickness PCB, the design maximizes efficiency and durability. Balancing current ranges from 0-5.5A and decreases naturally as the battery approaches equilibrium. A manual sleep switch allows for low-power standby modes with current consumption under 0.1mA. Voltage balancing accuracy is maintained within 5mV. The device operates with a quiescent current of approximately 12mA and supports battery capacities between 60-300Ah. Under-voltage sleep protection is included, automatically stopping operation when voltage drops below 3.0V to preserve energy, maintaining standby power consumption below 0.1mA. The 6S voltage display offers single-string accuracy of 0.001V and total voltage accuracy of 0.01V. Operating within a working voltage of 2.7V-4.5V, this unit is suitable for Ternary Lithium and Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries. Over time, battery cycles lead to inconsistent capacity decay and voltage imbalance. Without balancing, individual cells may trigger BMS overcharge or over-discharge protections prematurely due to cell disparity, limiting pack utilization. This device mitigates these imbalances, reducing capacity attenuation and extending the overall service life of the battery pack.
