I'm unable to personalize items. Do you have items from previous seasons? ~Yes! I've been selling these items for several years and have some inventory from every holiday season since then. See my other items for what's remaining. How fast do you ship? ~We ship within 1-2 business days and offer the lowest cost shipping routes we can find. As the holidays get closer we will ship daily. Are these items new? ~Yes! They are kicked out of the PB system due to monogram errors (wrong color, wrong font, slightly off center, etc.) Are there any flaws? ~Occasionally there is a less than perfect monogram which is why I post close-ups of every monogram for you to see exactly what your buying. Are the tags written on? ~Yes, at least the can be. Most often I receive these items with the store tag lined through or written on to prevent in store returns. I get them this way. How are these items stored? ~Clean, Smoke-Free, Pet-Free environment Do you accept returns? No. As these are seasonal items I only accept returns if I have made a mistake on the listing.
