All edible items are hygienically sealed in a protective food grade bag. Royal Mail`s aim is to get your 1st Class Post to you on the next working day after posting, again this isn’t guaranteed. Royal Mail will not consider items posted by their 1st or 2nd class service as lost until 10 working days after the item was due for delivery so we cannot offer refunds or replacements until this time has passed.
