(Just behind the ears) Measure the length of string used to form the loop and that will be the collar size you require. (If measurement is between sizes it is better to go for the smaller size) The collar size refers to the length of the webbing including the rings, this ensures that when the collar tightens it does not close to smaller than the dogs' neck size when the slider is drawn back it allows the collar to open sufficiently to fit over your dog?
