In order to do this please ‘request total from seller’ when checking out or email us. Once full payment has been received we aim to despatch your purchase within 2 business days. We do not accept responsibility for non delivered items when the standard postage option is selected. Returns and Refunds We are certain that you will be happy with your purchase however, if not we will be pleased to offer a refund under the following circumstances – if the item is damaged or the description was incorrect, we will be happy to refund the full costs which include the original cost and p&p for the item as well as the postage cost incurred in returning the item. However if you decide that you no longer require the product, it must be returned unused and in a saleable condition and we will only refund the original cost including p&p – it will be up to you to pay for the p&p required in returning the product.
