Mix the color developing milk and color developing solution in a 1:1 ratio, stir for 3-5 minutes until uniform. Use an eyelash brush to apply lotion from the root of the eyelash to the tip of the eyelash for 10-15 minutes. (Note: Ensure that the eyelashes are completely covered with dye). Clean excess lotion with makeup remover; Eyebrow: Remove brown residue, comb the eyebrows neatly, and then apply a thin layer of skincare cream around the eyebrows. Mix the color developing milk and color developing solution in a 1:1 ratio, stir for 3-5 minutes until uniform. Apply toner with a brush from the bottom to the tip of the eyebrows for 10-15 minutes (note: make sure the eyebrows are completely covered with dye). Clean excess lotion with makeup remover.
