This board uses a high-current 40A pin relay and 10 thermistors to effectively protect the machine and prevent excessive startup current. This board does not require auxiliary power supply, and only has 2 wiring terminals, one for power input and one output for load, which is very convenient to use. At the initial stage of power-on, the thermistor with negative temperature coefficient is used to supply power to the load to limit the instantaneous current. As the temperature of the thermistor rises, the resistance decreases, and the load is close to the normal working state. After about 3 seconds, the relay is closed and short-circuited. The thermistor, the power supply will supply power to the load through the relay contact, and the load will enter the normal working state. So the impact of the surge current on the line and the impact on other electrical appliances is effectively suppressed, the instantaneous large current impact of the load is avoided and load life is extended.
