The boots are made of lightweight, breathable mesh that covers and shields the legs, helping prevent hoof cracks and other issues caused by flies. Highly recommended by Farrier and Vet.Universal size with a secure fit. The design fits close at the bottom near the coronet band and is looser on top, forming an inverted cone that cannot pass the hoof. No flies can access from the top. After field surveys, this is a universal size with a 2.7-inch wide vertical Velcro seal that stays put and adjusts to fit most horses.Stay-up stability with dual metal stays and ventilation. Easy to attach and comfortable to wear, these boots do not sag due to sewn-in dual metal stays. The flexible metal is durable and works with a loose fit to avoid rubbing.
