The Rd-03D is a radar module equipped with the S5KM312CL chip from Silicon Microelectronics. The S5KM312CL is a microcontroller-integrated millimeter-wave sensor system-on-chip (SoC) based on FMCW radar transceiver technology. It operates in the 24 GHz K-band with a maximum bandwidth of 0.25 GHz. This module utilizes the FMCW waveform and the proprietary advanced signal processing technology of the S5 series chip, combined with the microcontroller's proprietary radar signal processing and an integrated intelligent positioning algorithm, to detect multiple targets within a defined area and transmit the results in real time. This allows users to rapidly develop tailored targeting products. The Rd-03D module accurately detects the movement of people and the area. It features an intelligent algorithm for trajectory recognition and can measure the speed and distance of targets within the area. The recognition speed is faster and energy consumption is reduced. The module can be configured quickly and is suitable for advertising installations. It can intelligently distinguish between the human body in motion, in micromovement, and at rest, and control the equipment's switch. This module exhibits good resistance to external interference and is unaffected by wireless signals such as Wi-Fi.
