2X Double Layer Honey Strainer Filter for Beekeeping, Plastic Nylon Mesh, White Size S

2X Double Layer Sieve Honey Strainer Honey Extractor Filter Beekeeping Fitting Color: White Size: S Material: Plastic and Nylon A practical accessory for beekeepers who need consistent, clean filtration during honey extraction. Each pack contains two small double layer sieves designed to fit as strainers and extractor fittings. The combination of a rigid plastic frame and fine nylon mesh gives reliable support and effective filtration for smallbatch processing. Key benefits Removes wax particles and debris: Double layer nylon mesh traps coarse and fine solids to produce clearer honey during transfer and bottling. Easy to install and remove: Lightweight plastic frame and standard small size make these sieves simple to position inside extractors, buckets, or strainers. Durable and reusable: Plastic frame resists deformation while nylon mesh handles repeated use when rinsed and dried properly. Saves time: Filtering at the extractor stage reduces the need for repeated rework later in processing. Features and specifications Quantity: Two sieves included. Design: Double layer nylon mesh for twostage filtration in a single fitting. Material: Plastic frame with nylon mesh for balance of rigidity and fine filtration. Color and size: White, Size S (small), intended for small extractor fittings and container openings where a compact strainer is required. Function: Sieve and honey extractor filter, suitable for straining honey and separating solids during extraction. Practical use scenarios After uncapping and spinning frames, place the sieve inside your extractor outlet or transfer bucket to catch wax cappings and debris as honey flows. During jar filling, set the sieve over a funnel or small jar opening to remove remaining particles and help ensure clearer presentation. For smallscale or hobbyist beekeepers, use the sieves to filter honey from frames or foundation scraps before storing in shortterm containers. Care and handling Rinse immediately after use with warm water to remove sticky residues, then allow to air dry. Avoid exposing the plastic frame to direct flame or prolonged heat. Inspect mesh for tears before each use and if damaged to maintain filtration quality. What you receive Two white size S double layer sieves, plastic frame with nylon mesh, intended as honey strainers and extractor fittings for smallscale beekeeping tasks.
