Black Perforated Plastic Mulch Film 5M with Prepunched Holes for Greenhouse Vegetable Planting

Perforated Black Mulch Film for Greenhouse and Field Planting Overview This perforated plastic mulch film is designed for agricultural and greenhouse use. Prepunched holes save time and labor, while the thick, durable film helps retain soil warmth and moisture and reduces weed growth. Key features Type: Perforated film, plastic material Size options: 5 m, 15 m, 20 m, 30 m, 50 m length Width: 95 cm Thickness: 0.02 mm Holes: 5 holes per row Hole spacing: 15 cm between holes Hole diameter: 45 mm Package: Bulk or folded in bag Benefits and problem solving Ready to use: Prepunched holes eliminate the need to perforate film on site, saving time and labor during bed preparation. Durable protection: Thicker film construction resists tearing and extends service life under typical greenhouse and field conditions. Microclimate control: Helps retain soil warmth and moisture to support seedling establishment and early growth. Weed suppression: Blocks light at the soil surface to reduce weed emergence and lower weeding needs. Cost effective: Reduces hand labor for hole making and frequent weed management, improving planting efficiency. Typical applications and use scenarios Vegetable rows in greenhouses: Lay the film over raised beds and transplant seedlings into the prepunched holes spaced at 15 cm to maintain even plant spacing and reduce installation time. Field planting for small fruit and vegetable crops: Use the 95 cm wide roll to cover beds for strawberries, peppers, tomatoes, and other row crops where a 45 mm hole diameter accommodates young plants and root collars. Orchard and small tree planting strips: Place the film along planting lines to protect root zones, conserve moisture, and limit grass growth around young trees. Practical notes Hole layout and spacing: The film comes with 5 holes per row and 15 cm spacing to suit dense planting or seedling trays. Confirm hole diameter and spacing match your crop spacing before installation. Installation: Unroll the film over prepared beds and secure edges with soil, staples, or edging. Transplant directly through the prepunched holes. Storage and packaging: Available in bulk or folded in a bag for easier handling and transport. This perforated planting film is suitable for a range of greenhouse and open field vegetable and fruit planting tasks where prepunched holes, moisture retention, and weed suppression are required.
