Heavy Duty Weed Control Fabric 150cm x 150cm Garden Mat for Trees and Flower Beds, Breathable Sunlight Blocking Weed Barrier

Heavy duty weed control fabric 150cm x 150cm (59in x 59in) Description A robust groundcover made from chemical polypropylene, designed to reduce weed growth while allowing air and water to reach plant roots. Durable construction and permeability make it suitable for a wide range of landscaping and garden applications. Key benefits Size and coverage: 150cm x 150cm (59in x 59in) sheet that covers a large area or can be cut to fit smaller sections. Multiple sheets can be overlapped for larger jobs. Durable material: Heavy duty polypropylene resists tearing and holds up under mulch, gravel, and regular foot traffic. Light blocking and permeability: Blocks direct sunlight to suppress weed emergence while allowing water and air to pass through, supporting irrigation and root health. Low maintenance: Reduces time spent weeding and helps maintain cleaner, tidier beds and paths. Easy to install: Cut with ordinary scissors to desired shape and lay in place around plants, trees, or under hardscape. No special tools required. Typical applications Flower beds and shrub borders: Place under mulch to limit weed growth around perennials and ornamentals. Tree bases and planting holes: Wrap around the root zone to reduce competition from weeds and simplify maintenance. Paths, driveways, and under gravel: Use as a stabilizing layer for improved drainage and reinforcement under loose surfacing. Irrigation and drainage systems: Acts as a filtering and reinforcement layer for drip lines, French drains, and other landscaping drainage components. How to use 1. Clear the area of existing weeds and level the soil surface. 2. Cut the fabric to fit using scissors and position it with the woven side down. 3. Secure edges with landscape staples or pins where needed. 4. Cover with mulch, gravel, or soil as required for the project.
