Clear Polycarbonate Roofing Sheet 0.8mm Waterproof Insulation Panel for Greenhouse and Patio Canopy

Product overview Polycarbonate roofing sheets designed for durable, transparent roofing and glazing. Constructed from performance films, reinforced polyester resin, and fiberglass, these panels provide waterproofing, thermal insulation, impact resistance, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range. Key benefits Thermal insulation and weather protection: Effective insulation helps maintain interior temperatures and protects structures from cold weather. Suitable as a glass substitute in greenhouses where light transmission and thermal control are important. impact resistance: Extremely hard and able to withstand impacts from stones and hail, reducing the risk of breakage and costly repairs. light transmission and safety: Transparency comparable to glass with greater flexibility, reducing breakage hazards while maintaining clear daylighting. Wide temperature performance: Maintains performance from 40 C to 120 C, suitable for varied climates and seasonal conditions. Easy to work and fit: Panels can be bent, cut, hotdrilled, and colddrilled for rapid and installation in different structures. Features and specifications Materials: performance films, reinforced polyester resin, and fiberglass. Function: Waterproof roofing, thermal insulation, and protective glazing. Light transmission: transparency comparable to glass. Mechanical performance: hardness and impact resistance. Temperature range: 40 C to 120 C. Workability: Bendable and can be cut or drilled to desired shapes and sizes. Compatibility: Can be installed in structures using PVC pipe frames, metal corner posts, columns, or smooth finished wooden components. Installation notes Panels can be trimmed to size and shaped on site to match roof pitches and frame layouts. Suitable for both hot drilling and cold drilling depending on installer preference. Flexible panels allow easier fitting around curves or nonstandard roof geometries. Ensure proper sealing and overlap where waterproofing is required. Typical applications Greenhouse glazing: Use as a substitute for glass to provide clear light, thermal insulation, and improved impact resistance. Patio, pergola, or carport roofing: Durable transparent roofing that sheds water, resists hail, and lets daylight through. Skylights and canopy panels: light transmission and flexibility make these panels suitable for skylight inserts and covered walkways. Why choose these panels They combine thermal insulation, transparency, and proven impact resistance in a single, versatile panel that is easy to cut, bend, and install with common framing systems. This makes them a practical choice for projects that require clear daylighting, weather protection, and long term durability without the fragility of glass.
