Roller Shutter Belt Guide with Brush, 8pcs Durable Plastic 40mm Hole Spacing for 16mm Strap

Product overview A compact plastic roller shutter belt guide designed to simplify belt feeding and protect the strap where it meets the metal guide rail. Smooth edges and a balanced structure reduce wear and the risk of breakage while maintaining reliable operation. Key benefits Reduces friction and wear: the brushequipped guide smooths the strap path at the entrance of the guide rail, protecting the belt and metal components. Durable and reliable: engineered plastic construction with smooth edges and a reasonable structure makes the guide resistant to breaking under normal use. Easy to integrate: small, lightweight design for simple handling and installation in confined spaces. Precise fit: fixed hole spacing and overall length ensure consistent alignment when replacing or adding guides. Main features Material: plastic with smooth, finished edges. Dimensions: hole spacing 40 mm, total length 60 mm. Design: includes a brush for improved belt guidance and reduced friction. Compatibility: suitable for belt feeding systems, mini belt guides, roller shutter box covers, and mini roller blinds. Installation note: the strap must be removed for installation. Practical applications Mini roller blinds: attach the belt guide at the belt entrance to reduce friction between the strap and the metal guide rail and to improve conversion rates. Roller shutter box covers: use as a replacement or upgrade part to maintain smooth belt motion inside the box. Belt feeding systems: install where the belt enters or changes direction to protect the strap and extend component life. Why choose this guide This belt guide combines a compact form factor with a brushequipped design to lower friction and lessen strap wear. Its standard hole spacing and total length make it straightforward to existing guides, while the plastic construction offers a balance of lightness and durability for longlasting service.
