FL100 12V 24V Pressure Diaphragm Pump 100PSI 12L/min Water Pump for Car Washing and Cleaning

FL100 Electric Diaphragm Pump 12V or 24V Key benefits Delivers pressure up to 100 PSI (7.0 Bar) for effective cleaning and rinsing applications. Compact diaphragm design with Santoprene material for chemical resistance and long service life. Consistent flow of 3.2 GPM (12 L/min) supports steady spray performance without excessive power draw. Operates from 12V or 24V DC systems for easy integration into vehicles, boats, RVs, and mobile equipment. Handles liquids up to 140 F (60 C) maximum and provides a maximum lift of 60 m for flexible placement and supply options. Simple reciprocating diaphragm mechanism offers reliable, repeatable performance for regular use. How this pump solves common problems Replaces weak or inconsistent water pressure when washing vehicles or equipment, providing a stable 100 PSI output for better cleaning results. Works with standard 12V or 24V vehicle electrical systems so no additional power conversion is required. Santoprene diaphragm reduces wear from regular use and helps maintain pump performance over time. Compact, selfcontained diaphragm structure simplifies installation in tight spaces while maintaining reliable pumping action. Key specifications Model number: FL100 Voltage: 12V or 24V DC Max flow: 3.2 GPM (12 L/min) Maximum pressure: 100 PSI (7.0 Bar) Diaphragm material: Santoprene Pump type: Reciprocating diaphragm pump Structure: Diaphragm pump Maximum liquid temperature: 140 F (60 C) Maximum lift: 60 m Not recommended for aggressive or hazardous chemicals Practical applications Mobile car and truck washing: Delivers consistent pressure from a vehicle battery to power onboard wash systems. Marine and RV water systems: Provides pressurized water for rinsing, cleaning, and onboard sinks where 12V or 24V power is available. Small equipment rinsing and site cleaning: Ideal for contractors and field technicians who need portable, pressure water on demand. Installation and compatibility notes Designed for 12V and 24V DC electrical systems. Verify system voltage before installation. Use appropriate hoses and fittings rated for the pump pressure and maximum liquid temperature. Avoid pumping strongly corrosive or hazardous chemicals unless confirmed compatible with Santoprene and pump materials. The FL100 is a practical, pressure diaphragm pump for mobile cleaning and lowvolume pressurized water applications where 12V or 24V DC power is available.
