Controlled Core Removal with Built-In Leak Protection The core grabber tool allows you to control the valve core easily during HVAC service. A built-in disconnect valve supports quick operation and helps prevent refrigerant leakage, so you can work without needing to stop the machine or release the refrigerant first. Designed for Confined Spaces Both ends of the ratchet are offset by 25 degrees, making it suitable for use in narrow spaces and helping to improve working efficiency. Both ends of the wrench also feature quick flip steering levers for easy adjustment during work. Secure Grip and Reliable Sealing A non-slip knurling design on the tool makes it easy and safe to operate. The sealing O-ring on the brass nut provides better sealing and helps prevent leakage. A steel ball on the top of the hex bit adapter prevents it from falling off the wrench during use. Durable Materials for the Job The brass HVAC core removal tool and stainless steel pull rod are fluorine and heat resistant. The ratchet wrench has a carbon content of about 0.45% for high strength. The hexagon head adapter is made of S2 alloy steel, with a surface that is heat treated and chrome plated for impact resistance. Compatibility and What Is Included Compatible with R410a, R32, R22, R12, R407, R404, and R600 refrigerants. The tool works with SAE 1/4 inch and 5/16 inch ports and with HVAC service 1/4 inch wrenches. Not suitable for automotive AC. The set includes one HVAC service wrench, 20 valve core seals, 5 brass nuts, one valve core rod, and 3 hex bit adapters in sizes 3/16 inch and 5/16 inch, 2 inches long.
