Waterproof Heat Shrink Tubing Set 180 Pieces Black 3:1 Double Wall Adhesive Liner Thermo Tubing

SHRINK RATIO 3:1 - Recovers one third of its original diameter and ensures an optimal seal. Eliminates the problem of 2:1 tubing not shrinking enough. GLUE INSIDE - When heat is applied, the glue comes out and seals the connection, creating a tight, long-lasting insulation. VARIETY OF SIZES - We have included 7 most commonly used diameters ranging from 2.3mm to 19.05mm. Heat shrink tubing comes pre-cut to 89mm. EASY TO USE - Simply slip the heat shrink tubing over your connection point and apply heat. Professional connections made in seconds. DOUBLE WALL TUBING - Outer wall provides abrasion resistance. Inner wall creates a tight seal and strain relief. Product HEAT ACTIVATED ADHESIVE Creates a tight seal Greater tensile strength Resistant to stretching and vibration 3:1 SHRINK RATIO Recovers one-third of its original diameter More versatile than 2:1 sheath No air gap between wire and sheath WATERPROOF < p>Connection is waterproof Wire corrosion protection Can be immersed in water Super versatile heat shrink tubing Looking to repair a damaged wire, seal out moisture, or provide better strain relief? Waterproof heat shrink tubing is an easy to use solution for automotive, marine, DIY and home electrical wiring projects. It can be used in a variety of applications such as: Electrical insulation (wire repair, electrical connector wire insulation, load cable protection, solder joint insulation). Environmental seal to protect against moisture, UV and fuel Strain relief for electrical connectors Wire and cable identification (color coded) Bundling loose wires (usually in wire harnesses) Creating thermal insulation for heat-sensitive components Protecting surfaces against abrasion, peeling and denting. 3:1 shrink ratio Shrink tubing When heat is applied, this heat shrink tubing shrinks back to one-third of its diameter d 'origin. Its high recovery rate makes it possible to repair most damaged cable jackets without removing the connectors. Therefore, 3:1 heat shrink tubing can be used in many more applications than 2:1 heat shrink tubing. Additionally, the 3:1 marine heat-shrink tubing shrinks more tightly around wires and connectors, eliminating any air gaps. Heat-activated adhesive liner It This is a waterproof heat shrink tubing with the inner adhesive layer. When heat is applied, the heat shrink tubing will straighten and the inner adhesive layer will melt. A small bead of clear adhesive (approximately 1mm wide) becomes visible at the end of the heated sheath. Once cooled, it forms a rigid seal. Heat activated glue bonds strongly to wires, connectors or any other surface. As the glue flows, it pushes out the air and fills the gaps between the wire and the tube, making the connection watertight. For best results, we recommend using a heat gun. Double-Wall Heat-Shrink Tubing Marine-grade double-wall heat-shrink tubing provides improved rigidity and resistance to abrasion. The design of the double-walled jacket gives it an increased ability to resist wear. This metal wire heat shrink tubing is flame retardant.
