Secure attachment: Jaw block design and long M10 bolts clamp firmly to prevent movement and slippage under wind or vibration. Versatile compatibility: Fits round and square tubing, allowing round tube to round tube, square railing to square railing, or round tube to square railing installations. Complete hardware: Includes bolts, brackets, nuts, and washers needed for installation so no extra parts are required. Features and specifications Material: Iron Finish: Zinc plated for corrosion resistance Fit pipe width range: 20 to 90 mm (0.79 to 3.54 in) Bolt thread size: M10 x 200 mm (M10 x 7.87 in length) Bracket size: 120 x 25 mm (4.72 x 0.79 in length x width) Package contents: 2 bolts, 4 mounting brackets, 6 nuts, 4 flat washers, 4 lock washers How it solves common problems Provides a firm mechanical connection between masts and railings where welding or custom fittings are not practical. Adapts to different tube shapes and sizes, reducing the need for multiple specialized brackets. Zinc plated surface helps protect the hardware in outdoor environments, reducing maintenance and replacement frequency. Typical use scenarios Mounting a VHF or UHF antenna to a rooftop mast and a secondary support pole. Securing an antenna or small dish to a balcony or square railing for improved reception. Attaching communication equipment to tower legs or cross members in telecommunications and broadcasting installations. Installation notes Ensure pipe diameters fall within the 20 to 90 mm fit range before assembly. Tighten M10 bolts and nuts evenly to achieve a balanced clamp without deforming the tubing. Use the included lock washers to reduce loosening from vibration. This clamp kit offers a practical, readytoinstall solution for mounting antennas and related equipment where a dependable mechanical connection and corrosionresistant finish are required.
