Boiler thermomanometer, temperature and pressure gauge 0-120 0-10 bar

Thermometer-Manometer for Heating Systems – Precision and Durability for Hydraulic Control This combined thermometer and manometer measuring instrument is specially designed for the precise monitoring of hydraulic heating systems, including underfloor heating systems, radiator circuits, domestic boilers, and heat exchangers. Made with a reinforced polycarbonate housing that is resistant to impacts and high temperatures, it offers a pressure measurement range of 0 to 10 bar with an accuracy of ±1.5% of the full scale, and a temperature range of 0 to 120°C with a tolerance of ±2°C. Its high-visibility, two-color dial (white background with black markings for pressure, red scale for temperature) allows for quick and unambiguous readings even in low-light conditions. The internal mechanism uses a beryllium copper alloy Bourdon tube for pressure measurement, ensuring a linear response and exceptional resistance to cyclic fatigue, while the separate bimetallic thermometer ensures independent measurements without mutual interference. The standard G1/4 threaded fitting (12.5 mm outer diameter, 11.5 mm inner diameter) is precision machined to Class B specifications for a perfect seal without the need for an additional gasket. The tempered mineral glass face resists scratches and condensation, and the rear housing has an atmospheric pressure compensation vent to prevent altitude-related errors. Installation requires special attention: after verifying the compatibility of the sampling point thread (verification with calipers is recommended), the instrument should be screwed in by hand until it stops, then finished tightening with a 24 mm open-end wrench, applying a moderate torque of 25 N·m maximum. It is imperative never to pull or twist the head of the device – this could misalign the needles, deform the Bourdon tube, or damage the integrated seal, irreparably compromising accuracy and watertightness. Ideal for heating installers, hydraulic network maintenance technicians, or homeowners concerned with monitoring the efficiency of their system, this instrument allows for the early detection of pressure losses, localized overheating, or circulation imbalances. The included installation instructions detail commissioning procedures, precautions against water hammer, and recommendations for semi-annual checks. A reliable, robust, and precise tool for optimized management of heating systems.
