Two Way Audio Crossover Speaker Protector with Aluminium Housing

Two-Way Speaker Crossover for Stage and Hi-Fi Setups This two-way audio crossover is designed to split the signal between a tweeter and a woofer, making it a practical choice for stage speakers, PA cabinets and home-built speaker projects. It suits 12-inch and 15-inch driver configurations and helps deliver a cleaner, more balanced sound by directing the right frequencies to the right driver. Durable Construction for Long-Term Use The crossover is built around a high-performance aluminium housing that offers good heat dissipation, helping the unit stay cool during extended use. The fully welded structure adds rigidity and resistance to wear and corrosion, which supports reliable performance over time. This robust build makes it well suited to the demands of regular stage use and installation inside speaker enclosures. Reliable Signal Path and Components Inside, the crossover uses gold-plated pure copper connectors, which provide low contact resistance and make installation and removal straightforward. The signal path also benefits from imported film capacitors. These foil capacitors are more compact than non-polar electrolytic types and are less prone to ageing, while offering low dielectric loss and high insulation resistance. Together, these components help maintain signal integrity and support consistent performance. Electronic Height Protection for Added Safety The unit includes an electronic height protection circuit, which helps guard against damage to the high-frequency driver. This feature is intended to reduce the risk of failure and support a longer service life for your tweeter, making it a sensible addition to professional and DIY speaker systems alike.
