The probe measures with an accuracy of ±1°F, giving you reliable results every time you cook. You can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius with ease, making it simple to follow any recipe. Touchscreen Controls and Clear LCD Display The thermometer features a large LCD screen with backlight, which stays clear and easy to read even in low light or at wide viewing angles. Three touch buttons on the screen let you set time and temperature, switch units, or change cooking modes without any complicated menus. The responsive touchscreen makes adjustments quick and straightforward while you are busy cooking. Durable Construction and Waterproof Probe Built from quality ABS material, this thermometer is designed to withstand regular use in the kitchen. The probe is made from waterproof 304 stainless steel and measures 16cm (6.3 inches) in length, with high-temperature resistance for safe use in hot ovens and grills. The high strength cable extends to 104cm (40.9 inches), giving you plenty of reach between the probe and the display unit. Eight Cooking Modes and Custom Alarms Eight pre-set cooking modes cover beef, lamb, veal, hamburger, pork, turkey, chicken and fish, so you can select the right setting for whatever you are preparing. You can also customise the alarm temperature to suit your preferred level of doneness.
