Reliable Performance and Quiet Operation The machine delivers a smooth, even chamfer without waviness, and operates quietly with minimal vibration. Even after extended periods of use, it remains cool and runs steadily, supporting consistent results and a longer working life. With a maximum speed of 30,000 rpm and an adjustable depth range of 0.1 to 1.5 mm, it offers the precision needed for fine finishing work. Five-Speed Control for Versatile Use Five speed settings allow you to match the cutting rate to the material and the finish you require. This flexibility helps protect the blade and improves overall ease of use, whether you are working on softer metals or tougher edges. The machine's small, refined build makes it particularly suited to detailed or awkwardly positioned edges where larger tools would be impractical. Simple Blade Replacement Replacing the blade is straightforward. Loosen the plum screw with a hex key, remove the baffle plate, then undo the blade screw with a ring spanner. Once the old blade is removed, fit the new one and reassemble in reverse order. The 1/4 inch metal filter prevents burrs and foreign particles from entering the air inlet, helping to protect the machine from damage during operation.
