5.5A Active Balancer 10S Equalizer for Lithium Battery Balance Board

Active Balancing for a Healthier Battery Pack This active balancer is designed for 10S lithium-ion, LiFePO4 and LTO battery packs, delivering a balance current of up to 5.5A. By actively redistributing charge between cells, it helps keep each cell at a similar voltage, which supports the overall performance and lifespan of your battery pack. The board is straightforward to connect and operate, making it a practical addition to your battery management setup. Precise and Efficient Operation The balancer maintains a current draw of less than 0.1 mA in standby mode, with compensation voltage accuracy within 5 mV. This precision helps ensure that cells are balanced effectively without unnecessary power drain. The balance current adjusts automatically, ranging from 0 to 5.5A; the closer the cells are to being balanced, the lower the current drawn. A manual sleep switch is included, allowing you to reduce quiescent current when the balancer is not in use. Built on a New MOS Circuit Board The board features a new MOS circuit design with 2-ounce copper thickness, which contributes to extremely low internal resistance. This construction supports efficient current transfer and helps minimise heat generation during operation. The capacitor works in conjunction with the transfer charge slider to manage the balancing process smoothly. Once the balance board is connected to the battery and the scale is started, the unit begins its work automatically, offering a reliable and easy-to-use balancing solution.
