4 x KFL001 Self-Aligning Pillow Block Bearing, 12mm Bore, Zinc Alloy Flange Housing

Wide Inner Ring Pillow Block Bearings These KFL001 pillow block bearings feature a 12 mm bore and a wide inner ring with fixing screws, allowing secure attachment directly to the shaft. The self-aligning design helps accommodate minor misalignments during installation, making fitting straightforward and reducing the need for precise initial alignment. Versatile Machine Application These bearings are widely used across various machinery types, with particular suitability for food machinery. They also work well in pharmaceutical machines, conveyor systems, film processors, rotary machines and printing equipment, offering dependable rotational support wherever a compact flange-mounted bearing unit is required. Practical Housing Design Each bearing comes in a rhombic zinc alloy flange housing, which provides a sturdy mounting point while keeping the overall unit lightweight. The self-aligning pillow block configuration means the bearing can adjust to slight shaft deflection, and the 12 mm bore size makes these units easy to fit, adjust or replace as part of routine maintenance.
