Variable Polarising Filter 1.25 Inch for Telescope Eyepiece, Moon & Planet Viewing

A Variable Polarising Filter for Brighter Nights This 1.25 inch variable polarising filter is designed to work as a dimmer switch for your telescope, giving you precise control over the amount of light that reaches your eyepiece. By simply rotating the filter housing, you can adjust the light transmission from as little as 1% up to 40%, allowing you to fine-tune the view to suit the object you are observing and the conditions of the night sky. Better Control Than a Fixed Filter Unlike a telescope filter with a fixed transmission rate, this variable design lets you dial in the exact level of brightness you need. This is particularly useful when observing the Moon, whose brilliance can be overwhelming, or when studying the brighter planets. By reducing the glare, the filter helps to reveal greater detail and makes for a far more comfortable viewing experience, allowing you to pick out finer surface features with greater clarity. Simple to Use The filter is straightforward to operate. Once fitted to your telescope eyepiece, a simple twist of the outer housing is all that is required to adjust the brightness. This allows you to make quick and smooth transitions between different levels of filtration without having to remove the filter or change eyepieces, keeping your attention fixed on the view.
