The Spiral Cold Smoke Generator This eight inch spiral cold smoke generator is designed to sit neatly on your BBQ grill or smoker, offering a straightforward way to add rich, smoky flavour to your cooking. Its unique spiral layout makes the most of the available space, allowing you to load a generous amount of wood chips while promoting excellent airflow and even smoke distribution. Whether you are new to smoking or a seasoned grill master, this stainless steel tray delivers consistent results with minimal fuss. Simple to Use and Safe The generator comes with two sturdy handles, making it easy to lift and reposition even when the grill is busy. Its efficient airflow design helps prevent soot from building up, so you can enjoy a cleaner smoking session without constant attention. Simply fill the spiral with your chosen wood chips, light it, and let the low and slow process work its magic. Smoking times will vary depending on the type and size of sawdust or chips you use, but you can expect up to six to eight hours of gentle smoke from a full load. Versatile Flavour Pairings This smoke generator works beautifully with cherry, hickory, apple, or bean wood chips, allowing you to tailor the flavour to whatever you are cooking. It is ideal for adding a deep, smoky character to ribs, chicken, cheese, fish, bacon, and much more. Suitable for both cold and hot smoking, it produces clean, even smoke without the bitter edge that can sometimes spoil a dish. Please note that this unit is designed for wood chips and sawdust, not wood pellets. Built to Last Crafted from premium stainless steel, this cold smoke generator is rust-resistant and built to withstand high temperatures. Unlike iron alternatives, it will not warp or crack with repeated use, making it a dependable addition to your BBQ toolkit. For anyone who enjoys smoking on a regular basis, this durable tray offers a practical and long-lasting solution.
