A compact pneumatic chamfering tool designed for precise edge finishing on metal workpieces. This hand-held deburring machine creates clean 45-degree bevels along straight and curved edges, making it well suited to trimming and finishing tasks in fabrication, maintenance and workshop environments. The tool features a Doppelkopf design that allows you to set the cutting depth manually. Once adjusted, the locking screw secures the setting firmly in place, helping to prevent the depth from shifting during use. A 1/4 inch metal filter is fitted at the air inlet to keep burrs and foreign particles from entering the machine, reducing the risk of internal damage. The chamfering action is smooth and even, producing a clean edge without waviness. Operation remains quiet and the tool does not heat up noticeably even after extended periods of use, contributing to stable performance and a longer working life. The compact body is light enough to handle comfortably with one hand, allowing controlled movement along the workpiece. The motor can reach speeds of up to 30,000 revolutions per minute, with cutting depth adjustable between 0.1 mm and 1.5 mm. Five speed settings let you match the feed rate to the material and the finish you need, which also helps to extend blade life. Changing the blade is straightforward: loosen the socket screw with an Allen key, remove the baffle plate, undo the blade screw with a ring spanner, and fit the new blade in its place. Safety has been considered in the design. A pressure-plate type safety switch helps reduce the risk of accidental operation, while the alloy steel baffle, safety clasp and metal button switch all contribute to more secure handling during use.
