The 45-degree arc head allows comfortable one-handed control, while the Doppelkopf design lets you adjust the cutting depth to suit the material. Once set, the locking screw holds firmly in place, so the setting stays reliable throughout the job. The built-in 1/4 inch metal filter protects the air inlet from burrs and debris, helping to keep the internal mechanism clean and reduce the risk of damage during use. This makes the tool well suited to regular workshop tasks where metal filings and offcuts are common. Operation is smooth and stable, with clean chamfering results and minimal noise. Even after extended use, the tool remains cool and consistent, supporting dependable performance over time. The compact body is light enough for comfortable handling, and the five speed settings let you match the cutting pace to the material and the finish you need, which also helps prolong blade life. Changing the blade is straightforward. Loosen the socket screw with a hex key, remove the baffle plate, then undo the blade screw with a ring spanner to swap in a new blade. The pressure-plate style safety switch helps reduce the risk of accidental operation, while the alloy steel baffle, safety clasp and metal button switch add further protection during use. With a maximum speed of 30,000 rpm and an adjustable depth range of 0.1 to 1.5 mm, this chamfering machine is a practical addition to metalworking and fabrication tasks where clean, accurate edge finishing matters.
