Crack Monitoring Recorder for Walls and Corners This acrylic crack monitor provides a straightforward way to track cracks in building walls and at corners, recording any changes in width and position over time. Designed as a standard tool for structural monitoring, it helps you keep a clear, measurable record of how a crack develops, supporting regular checks on the integrity of a surface. Precise Measurement Scale The monitor is marked with XY axes and offers graduations of ±1 mm (±0.04 in), with a reading resolution of ±0.5 mm (±0.02 in). It covers a horizontal range of ±20 mm (±0.79 in) and a vertical range of ±10 mm (±0.38 in), allowing for detailed observation of movement in two directions. The transparent upper plate is printed with precise crosshairs, making it easy to align the device and read measurements accurately against the overlapping lower plate, which is calibrated to the millimetre. Simple Tool-Free Installation The redesigned mounting posts connect the two panels securely without the need for adhesive. This simplifies fitting and improves stability, so the monitor can be positioned quickly and remain fixed in place for reliable, repeatable readings. Once installed, the overlapping plate design keeps the measurement point clearly visible, supporting consistent monitoring over weeks or months.
