Battery Active Equalizer Balancer 3-24S Balance Board

Battery Active Equaliser for 3-24S Packs This active balancer board is designed to keep multi-cell lithium battery packs evenly charged, helping each cell stay closer to the same voltage during use. It suits 3S to 24S configurations and begins balancing as soon as it is connected to the battery, making it a straightforward addition to an existing battery management setup. Balancing Performance The unit delivers a balancing current between 0 and 5.5A, with the current adjusting automatically according to the state of the pack. When cells are further apart in voltage, the balancer works harder to bring them together; as the pack becomes more balanced, the current eases off. This responsive behaviour helps maintain consistent cell voltages over time. Built for Reliable Operation Internally, the board uses a brand new MOS circuit with very low internal resistance and a 2-ounce copper thickness. This construction supports efficient current flow and steady performance during balancing cycles, so the unit can keep working dependably as part of a regular charging or maintenance routine. Simple Setup and Low Standby Draw Wiring is kept straightforward, with a reserved position for connecting a sleep switch if you wish to add one. Once the battery is connected, balancing starts automatically without any further configuration. The board also includes an under-voltage sleep protection: when cell voltage drops below 3.0V, the unit enters sleep mode on its own, and standby power consumption stays under 0.1mA, which helps avoid unnecessary drain on the pack when it is not in use.
