20A MPPT Solar Charge Controller 12V/24V with Bluetooth, Battery Equaliser

Balancing the Cells in Your Battery Bank This equalisation board is designed to help maintain consistent voltage across the cells in your battery bank. By balancing the charge between individual cells, it supports the overall health and performance of your battery setup, helping to extend its useful service life. Simple and Safe Installation Before connecting the equalisation board, take a moment to check that each piece of wiring is correct. It is important to ensure proper insulation between the lower board and the battery connection terminals to help prevent burnout. Once correctly connected, the board can begin its balancing work without the need for any external power supply. Automatic Operation and Protection The board operates on the principle of capacitor-based charge transfer, using the battery's own internal energy to redistribute charge across the pack. This means it works passively in the background, helping to keep cells level. If the voltage drops below 3V, the board automatically stops and enters a sleep state, which helps reduce the risk of damage to the battery. This automatic cut-off provides useful peace of mind when the system is not in active use.
